Elder Lachelle L. Moses is a native of Brooklyn, New York and has lived in Richmond, Virginia since 1979. She is the eldest of three children born to Pastor and Shepherd Mother Lacey. Elder Moses is married to Evangelist Reginald A. Moses, Sr. and they have one son, Reginald Jr.

Elder Moses accepted the Lord as her personal Savior on November 20, 1988 when she attended New Jerusalem ICM under the leadership of Bishop Olive Brown.  She was a member of that ministry until June 1993 when her father became the founding Pastor of the Children Of God Victory Tabernacle.

Obeying the spirit, she faithfully served under her father tirelessly. She has served in many capacities from usher, to praise leader, to the lay pastor of the women’s ministry, to the lay pastor of couple’s ministry, and now to her

current position as the assistant pastor.

Elder Moses attended both Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Richmond.  She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Ministries through Oral Roberts University under the

external degree program.

She knows in her heart that the Lord has called her to ministry in the area of administration, helps, and teaching.  She was consecrated a Minister in October 1997 and ordained an Elder in October 2004 at COGVT. Elder Moses did not feel that she was worthy to hold such a position but she continues to promote the Apostle Paul’s words, “to walk worthy of the vocation wherewith I am called “ (Ephesians 4:1).
